1503 Bratwurst w/o Sage

Use: 0.50# of seasoning per 25# of meat. Add no salt. Our #1503 PSS is a blend of natural spices on a salt base, without sage. It is mainly used for bratwurst.
Ingredients: Salt, Spices, BHA (0.073%), Propyl Gallate (0.03%), Spice Extractive, Citric Acid (0.018%).
