Nassau Foods was founded in 1990 to be the kind of supplier that independent butcher shops and meat processors actually wanted to work with — one that picked up the phone, knew the products, and treated a 10-case order with the same care as a pallet. More than 35 years later, that hasn’t changed. Grandpa Josh’s is our retail brand, launched in the mid-1990s for home sausage makers, hunters, and anyone who takes seasoning seriously.
