Ingredients: Salt, Non Fat Dry Milk, Brown Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate,Gelatin, Natural Smoke Flavor, Maltodextrin, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Natural Flavors, Bacon Fat, Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, with less than 2% Soybean Oil and Silicon Dioxide added to prevent caking. Cure Ingredients: Salt, Sodium Nitrite (6.25%), Less than 2% Propylene Glycol added to prevent caking.
